Balsamic people

Some night recently, Michelle and I marinated a sirloin steak in balsamic vinegar and champagne vinegar, then pan-fried it up rare, serving it with blanched broccoli, all smothered in a reduction of the balsamic & champagne vinegars. Whoa, yeah!
